# Mashkof (משקוף) — SQL API over Israeli real-estate transactions

> Read-only SQL access to every real-estate transaction reported to the Israel Tax Authority since 1998 (3.18M deals), with precomputed price statistics, neighbourhoods, streets, transit, schools, rents, yields and macro series — 49 tables in one SQLite database. Public, no API key, JSON / CSV / Markdown output.

Send one read-only SQLite statement to https://mashkof.pov.sh/api/sql (GET ?q=… or POST {"sql": …}). Timeout 10 s, max 10,000 rows. Read https://mashkof.pov.sh/llms-full.txt before writing queries: it explains the statistics rules (in_stats, windows ending at the stats anchor 2026-06-30, incomplete months), every column and 100 verified example queries. Data as of 2026-09-17 (schema 1.2).
